I am ever so thankful that we have such a wonderful writer in town who is able to bring words to life with the exact same enthusiasm we Odyssey musicians have for music!

Come join us at our next concert, "Baroque Flamenco" - the LARGEST ensemble ever assembled on Odyssey stage, with the full chamber ensemble (4 trumpets, 3 oboes, 2 flutes, timpani and the strings) and the Bach Collegium Choir directed by R. Paul Crabb. I kid you not - you will be THANKFUL to have purchased your ticket early for this concert, where the audience typically triples in number. If you enjoy Odyssey performances, please consider supporting our organization by either making a donation, advertising your business in our programs, or EVEN better, by attending our upcoming Fundraiser on February 10, Sunday at 4pm. This "Cheeky Fun Odyssey Cocktail Party" includes champagne and chocolates GALORE (really) with some finger food too, AND you will be treated to an appetizing private musical performance by Maestro Kirk Trevor of Missouri Symphony Orchestra playing the CELLO. I am excited because this is MY first time hearing him play! Peter and I will also perform Greg Anderson's fiendishly difficult 4-hand piece, "The Blue Danube Fantasy." Witness the choreography Up & Close and find out why this piece is such a Talk of the Town.... See you soon! Ayako |
